3rd step: After signing the contract, an appointment will be scheduled for measurements based on availability (time slot).
4th step: After taking the measurements, the production process begins, followed by the installation

We visited nearly every quartz shop on the North Shore of Laval for the purchase of multiple kitchen countertops, and feeling discouraged by the quotes, we finally stopped by Dioptase. Initially, the shop was rather modest - no grand showrooms like the high-priced department stores, no frills. They offered us a quote at an exceptional price, and we decided to proceed.
In the end, we received incredibly fast and professional service (ordered one day - installed the following week, despite the holiday season!). Countertops ultimately unavailable - not a problem: replaced seamlessly by a similar company. Installation by Hamza and Jamal was flawless - the kitchen was left clean and well put together.
Without a doubt, we will return for bathroom countertops.
